		Operations Manager, HMP Lewes – Angela Murray Angela joined KeepOut in May 2011 as a full-time Operations Manager. She has been responsible for setting up the new scheme at HMP Lewes and is recruiting and training the first prisoner team. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of KeepOut within the prison, ensuring our policies and procedures are followed, managing and supporting the prisoner team and the Support Worker, and liaising with the prison partners and user groups. Support Worker, HMP Lewes – Ian Smith Ian was appointed in June 2011 as the first full-time Support Worker with KeepOut. Employed as a Prison Officer but seconded to the KeepOut scheme, Ian's responsibilities include working with the Operations Manager to help to establish the scheme at HMP Lewes. He also assists in the development of the prisoner team, the delivery of workshops and the operation of the scheme. Administration Officer – Sue Haysom Sue joined KeepOut in January 2009 as our Administration Officer, providing back office support and assistance to the management and staff team and the Trustees.
	Operations Manager, HMP Send – Mary Wethey Mary was involved in the establishment of the scheme at HMP Send almost from day one: she was part of the team who recruited and trained the original female prisoner team. The first workshop was delivered In September 2008 and evolved to the point where, in March 2010, Mary was appointed as part-time Operations Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the scheme within the prison, she ensures KeepOut policies and procedures are followed, manages and supports the prisoner team and the Support Worker, and liaises with the prison partners and user groups. Support Worker, HMP Send – Katie D’Souza Our part time support worker Katie D’Souza was appointed in October 2010. Katie assists the Operations Manager and prisoner team in the delivery and development of the KeepOut workshops and the operation of the scheme. She is also responsible for developing a resource library to be accessed by the whole operational team, including prisoners. This will help with the programme’s ongoing review and update, enabling it to remain relevant and so meet the needs of young people. Support worker, HMP Send – Sophie Allistone Our part-time support worker Sophie Allistone was appointed in November 2011. Sophie assists the Operations Manager and prisoner team in the delivery and development of the KeepOut workshops and the operation of the scheme. Operations Manager, HMP Send – Alice Cole Alice joined KeepOut in February 2012 as a part-time Operations Manager. Alice is Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the scheme within the prison, she ensures KeepOut policies and procedures are followed, manages and supports the prisoner team and the Support Worker, and liaises with the prison partners and user groups.
Our staff Our civilian staff work with the prisoner teams and Youth Justice Service managers to deliver KeepOut programmes to young people. CEO – Angela Palmer Angela is the management link between our Trustees and operational staff. As the part-time Interim CEO, it is her role to ensure that strategy is implemented on the ground and to build partnerships. Work is now well underway to lead KeepOut operational staff and prisoner teams to the next phase of expansion and development. This includes establishing the scheme at HMP Lewes. Operations Manager, HMP Coldingley – Jo Green Jo joined KeepOut in August 2009. As the charity’s first full-time Operations Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the scheme within Coldingley Prison. That means managing and supporting the prisoner team and the KeepOutSupport Worker and liaising with the prison partners and user groups. She ensures the agreed KeepOut policies and procedures are followed and contributes to the ongoing development of the scheme, working closely with the Chief Executive and Trustees. Support worker, HMP Coldingley - Effie Crouch Appointed in December 2011 as full-time Support Worker at HMP Coldingley. Effie assists the Operations Manager and prisoner team in the delivery and development of the KeepOut workshops and the operation of the scheme.
