Trustees
The trustees are, for the most part, interested volunteers each with a specific role and responsibility. They include the following:

- E. White - Treasurer
- B. Roberts
- M. Webb - Magistrate
- G. Hibbert - Surrey Youth Offending Team Manager.
- J. Honour - Prison Chaplin
- D. Wright Kingston - YOT user group’s representative.
- P. Nash - Head of Coldingley Learning and Skills Department
Six meetings a year are held where discussions and decisions are made on the annual business plan and the three to five year management development plan.
In addition to the trustees a number of other professionals from different disciplines attend the meetings. This includes the probation officer, prison resettlement officer plus the three prisoners appointed as lead co coordinators.
