For a fourth year the Coldingley Crime Diversion Scheme has been awarded this accolade for its crime prevention work with Surrey young people who are at risk of offending. At a packed reception on Tuesday 22nd March the Crime Diversion Scheme was presented with The High Sheriffs Youth Award by Surrey High Sheriff David Hypher. The award marks an historic achievement for the Crime Diversion Scheme which is believed to be the only charity nationally to have received four awards for its work. The Crime Diversion Schemes Patron and greatest advocate Penelope Keith praised the men for their extraordinary work and commitment. This was echoed by the support of the Lord Lieutenant, Mrs Sarah Gould and MP for Woking Humphrey Malins who both attended the event.
